The Alvernia University Men's and Women's Soccer teams practice and compete on the newly constructed turf field located behind the Physical Education Center (PEC). The A-Turf field was completed for the fall of 2009 and is located just out the back doors of the PEC. The field is fully lit to accommodate evening games and is surrounded by an eight lane all-weather track. The all-weather turf field eliminates weather delays and postponements. Additionally, the synthetic surface offers not only increased playability, but also optimal footing for athletes.
