Residential Camper means that you will reside in the resident halls at Alvernia University throughout the camp week. You will have breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals provided by the camp.
Extended Day Camper means that you are at camp from 9am to 8pm yet do not reside in the residence halls. You will have lunch and dinner meals provided by the camp.
Extended Day Campers will arrive at the end of check-in on the first day and stay until the camp ends at 8pm. On the second and third days of camp, Extended Day Campers will arrive before the first session & depart after the last session, which is generally around 9am to 8pm. Extended Day Campers only eat lunch & dinner on these days. On the final day, Extended Day Campers should arrive before the first session and leave after closing ceremonies around 11:30am. The drop off and pick-up location for Extended Day campers is in front of the main dorm being used during the camp, the same location as check-in on the first day of camp.
Yes, you can. Team Discounts are available for our overnight camps.
Teams/Clubs are welcome to register for any of our events. Please contact us by using the “Contact Us” link at the top of the web site to request a team discount for your team. You will need to list the names of the campers within your group.
Team discounts can only be applied after all group members have registered with a for the camp. The discount will be refunded to each group member after Day 1 of the camp.
Wolves Overnight Camp
If you have 5+ campers registering from the same team for the same camp, each member is eligible to receive a $40 discount. Please contact us to let us know the camper names within your group.

ID Clinics
Yes, to complete registration for the overnight camps you must provide a minimum deposit of $75. You can pay your remaining balance over time, prior to the start of the camp. To pay your remaining balance, please use the Pay Balance tab on the web site.
The ID Clinics must be paid in full upon registration.
There is a non-refundable $50 fee for the Wolves Soccer Overnight Camps and a $20 non-refundable fee for the Wolves Soccer ID Clinics.

Residential Campers: Need to bring bed linens and pillows for a standard twin bed, towels, soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, and any other necessary toiletries.
All Campers: Soccer cleats, indoor shoes, shower shoes (sandals or crocs), rain gear, water bottle, sunscreen, and enough clothing for 3 sessions per day for 3 days (shirts, shorts, socks, shin guards).

Yes, water will be provided at the fields and/or futsal courts for every session during the camp. We recommend you bring your own water bottle to the camp.
No, you do not need to bring a soccer ball to camp although a lot of players prefer to have one. You may purchase a soccer ball at the Camp Store during the week.
All campers should bring cash for additional food, beverage, and snack purchases. Special apparel and soccer gear will also be available for purchase at the Camp Store.
Camp Bank: During check-in, you will have an option to add cash to a Camp Bank. This way a camper will not have to carry around cash. With the Camp Bank, a camper makes a purchase and the purchase amount will be deducted from their individual Camp Bank balance. At the end of camp, the Camp Bank balance will be refunded to the credit or debit card used during registration.
Campers will stay on campus at Alvernia University in the residence halls. A campus map with the residence halls can be found in the “About Us” section of the web site.
Yes, you may request a roommate during online registration. Most camps will offer 2 campers per room, however, we may have the ability to house 4 campers for some rooms that are suite-style. Please make sure that your roommate request is for another camper who is already registered for the camp. You may request up to 3 different roommates. If you do not request a roommate, you will be assigned one. You will receive your roommate assignments during Check-in.
Yes, our staff will be attending and running the camp. This is a good opportunity to see the campus and work directly with the coaching staff.
Occasionally, we will open up the clinic to other local NCAA coaching staffs, but that is not guaranteed. These clinics are designed specifically where you work directly with the Alvernia coaching staff.
